These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 369ph platform, including all games, wallet services, promotions, and account features available at 369ph.app. By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 369ph will never ask for your password through any channel other than the secure login interface. You must immediately notify 369ph support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 369ph shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
Account Accuracy. You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory authorities.
All financial transactions on 369ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may be subject to KYC verification status and VIP tier.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. 369ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.
No Third-Party Funding. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. The use of accounts, wallets, or cards belonging to another person — including family members — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Anti-Money Laundering. 369ph is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Unusual or structured deposit patterns may trigger a compliance review, during which Account functionality may be temporarily restricted.
All games offered on the 369ph Platform — including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Casino Hold'em), online slots, bingo, Callbreak, and Monster Hi-Lo — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
Game Integrity. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the system.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or disconnection during gameplay, 369ph shall make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If the game state cannot be reconstructed, the affected bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Wallet. 369ph's decision in such matters is final and binding.
Bet Cancellations. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Any subsequent action by the Player to claim otherwise shall not alter the outcome of the confirmed bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools; or use Platform content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 369ph.
The "369ph" name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Platform Availability. 369ph endeavors to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not warrant that access will be continuous, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 369ph expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Financial Losses. Gambling involves risk. 369ph shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of using the Services, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or Player error. You acknowledge that you participate in real-money gaming at your own risk.
Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 369ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure. 369ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.
369ph collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, including the legal bases on which we rely for processing under Philippine data protection law.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.
Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 369ph customer support. Before closure, all pending bets must be resolved and any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 4. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
Suspension or Termination by 369ph. 369ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated by 369ph for reasons other than Player breach, any real money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method. Where termination follows a confirmed breach, 369ph reserves the right to retain all balances and pursue further remedies as appropriate.
This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 369ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. Most account and transaction disputes are resolved within 5 business days through the support process.
Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter in writing to 369ph's compliance team. 369ph will acknowledge the written complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 21 business days.
Regulatory Recourse. Players who remain unsatisfied following 369ph's internal complaints process may refer the matter to PAGCOR, as the applicable licensing and regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
The courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution processes described above.
369ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
